– You can return the product you have received within a period of 14 (fourteen) days from the date of delivery without destroying, spoiling or using the product as you received it with Sürat Kargo.
– If the product / products you want to return are defective, the shipping fee is covered by our company.
– You can send the product you want to return to the address below with the invoice via Sürat Kargo.

– Open and check the packages that you think have been damaged during shipment in front of the company official you have received. If there is any damage to the product, do not take delivery of the product by keeping a report to the cargo company. – Returns of used, destroyed products are not accepted.
– In accordance with the Regulation on Distance Sales Contracts, you do not have the right of withdrawal under the following conditions.
- Contracts for goods or services whose prices fluctuate with fluctuations in financial markets and are not under the seller’s control.
- Contracts for goods tailored to the buyer’s wishes or personal needs.
- contracts for the delivery of perishable or expired goods.
- Contracts for the delivery of goods whose protective elements such as packaging, tape, seal, package have been opened after delivery; contracts for the delivery of goods whose return is not suitable in terms of health and hygiene.
- Contracts for goods that are mixed with other products after delivery and cannot be separated due to their nature.
- Contracts for books, digital content and computer consumables provided in material media if the protective elements such as packaging, tape, seal, package are opened after the delivery of the goods.
- Contracts for the delivery of periodicals such as newspapers and magazines, other than those provided under a subscription agreement.
- Contracts for accommodation, transportation of goods, car rental, provision of food and beverages, and leisure time for entertainment or recreation, which must be concluded on a specific date or period.
- Contracts for services performed instantly in electronic form or contracts for intangible goods delivered instantly to the recipient.
- Contracts for services whose performance is started with the consent of the buyer before the expiration of the right of withdrawal period.
- Contracts regarding immovables that are obliged to be registered according to the Highway Traffic Law dated 13/10/1983 and numbered 2918 and unmanned aerial vehicles that are obliged to be registered or registered.
- Contracts for mobile phones, smartwatches, tablets and computers that have been delivered.
- Contracts concluded by auction in the form of a live auction.
- Contracts for the installation or assembly of the goods that are specified to be installed or assembled by the seller or authorized service in the introduction and user manual.
– you are obliged to return the product in the condition in which it was delivered. If you return the product or exercise your right of withdrawal, the product price will be refunded at once within 14 days from the exercise of the right of withdrawal.
– If you have made the payment by credit card, we would like to emphasize that the average process of reflecting the amount returned by us to the credit card to your account by the Bank may take 2 (two) to 3 (three) weeks, and that the reflection of this amount to your accounts after the return of this amount to the bank by us is completely related to the bank transaction process.
